Hello, I recently purchased a copy of Photoshop elements 11 on CD through my university technology software center. I received a receipt with several numbers , which I believe may be a seriel number, but the setup is not recognizing either number. Can you please tell me how long a serial number is and why I mine isn't being recognized?
