Business Cards Page Size

Hello All,

I'm very new to inDesign 6 however I just watch a youtube video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5V0X0oP3KkE) on creating a business card. In the video it said to select the US Business Card as the page size when you start a new document.

I trying doing this but I don't see it. Is there something I need to do to import that template?

Any help would be AWESOME!!!
