I got an email from Adobe saying I needed to update the credit card information for my Creative Cloud subscription because the card was expiring. Fair enough.
But the link in the message did not allow me to update the card information.
I searched the on-line help and found instructions to do this, but they do not match the web site. (There is no "Edit Billing" link on the screen.)
I tried the on-line chat (both the sales and support versions), but they couldn't help and said I had to phone.
I phoned and requested a callback. An hour later I got a callback which was accidentally cancelled because all I heard was "press 9" and when I did, it cancelled the call.
This is all so that Adobe can get my money, surely it would be to Adobe's benefit to not make it so difficult.
Of course, I can't ignore it because then I'll lose my subscription.
Come on Adobe, surely you can do better than this.
