Validation error on Spry Image Swap in Dreamweaver cs5

In Dreamweaver I'm using the spry swap image, and when I validate it says "

The name attribute on the img element is obsolete. Use the id attribute instead."

Dreamweaver automatically puts in the name attribute.  When I took it out, since the id attribute was already there and saved, Dreamweaver puts it back in automatically.  This is a class project and I need it to validate, can anyone give me any help as to how to get this to validate?
