Why do we have to ask the community (which basically is quite ignorant) our questions when Adobe has the answers? We buy the product from Adobe, but have to ask people who don't really have a clue how to solve the problem. Why can't we ask Adobe? Have they gotten so big that we, the consumer, don't count anymore? Are they so big that it's up to the users to solve their problems when it's Adobe's job to answer and solve the issues? Just curious because it's getting harder and harder to reach Adobe to get help. Shuck's you can't even e-mail them any more. Instead they have these "Forums." Lame. If you do have the opportunity to make it through to a live person, they're from a continent that speaks a language similar to ours but all they can do is appologize instead of fixing the problem. This is really poor customer service. Am I the only who feels this way? Oh yeah my question/discussion; "Why do I have to Sign In?" I bought the product, installed the product, now I have to Sign In or I can't use the product - it will become unusable?
