Muse shown as trial?

I just signed up with a student subscription. I read that the student subscription is a full subscription that provides all the applications and benefits of a full subscription. Is this true and if so why are Muse and Touch App Plugins listed as Try instead of Install in the Adobe Application Manager, like all the other apps? Is Muse not included in the full subscription?
