CS6 Prod Premium Install Issue

I recently downloaded CS6 Production Premium Windows from the licesing site (just the main windows install file not the content extras, etc).  Unpacked the downloaded .7z file using Winzip to a seperate folder and ran setup (choose everything, input SN).  Install gets to ~40% and then I get a "please insert adobeproductionpremium6-mul to continue" message.  Only options are Cancel and Continue button & of course continue just pops up the same message.

Any ideas? Corrupt files or ?  Running Win 7 Enterprise SP1 on a Sony Core i7 laptop.
