AMD stopped responding

I dont know where to address this problem because I encounter it in Premier Pro CS5 and its After Effects

 

I keep being interrupted by this message that freezes my work and I have to start over losing my unsaved data.

 

I have a Sony Vaio Computer and have contacted them about this problem. 

 

They have checked the AMD driver AND the Intel Graphics drivers and they are up to date

 

My only resolution - as they indicated - is to contact you to resolve th problem.

 

I want to bring this to the attention of ADOBE and will appreciaete you give the email address where I can submit this.
