Please can you tell me why I suddenly lose all my loaded presets and also preferences (like zooming with the mouse wheel). I don't lose the presets altogether, but I have to go back and reload them again. This doesn't happen all the time, only occasionally and I can't fathom out why.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
