I'm a creative cloud member since half a year. Everything worked fine until two days ago: It is not possible to activate the cloud membership on my iMac, it alwas says that the cloud membership is activated on more than two computers. When I choose the option of de-activation of one of the other computers it does not work -- as it always did.
Message: Activation failed, check internet connection and try it again.
I use the cloud membership on an iMac and a MacBookPro. Sometimes I have to switch to windows -- which runs on the MacBookPro inside a Parallels virtualization -- and use the cloud membership there also.
In the moment I only can use the applications of the creative cloud on the MacBookPro, but not on the iMac.
What have I changed? I upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 8 on my Parallels Virtual Machine. Could this be the reason that deactivation fails?
Even if I deactivate completely on all machines, it is not possible to activate on the iMac.
All applications and also Extension Manager are updated, MacOS is 10.8.2
Any suggestions?
