Click Box to URL Closes LMS Module

Using Captivate 5.0

LMS:  SumTotal

Set Up:  Click box within the Captivate file is set to redirect the student to a URL.  Click box is set to open in 'NEW' window.

Problem:  When the click box is selected, the redirect does not work and the window hosting the module/curriculum closes and the student is returned to the LMS catalog.

This has never occurred before and the set up is the same as previous click boxes.  What am I possibly missing?
