When will Adobe support fix my account ?

Over the past month, I have contacted the support several time as Adobe erased my account and all the orders with it, the issue has been escalated several time to "the highest level of support" according to the chat agent, I have opened several support case (like #0209480188) for which I have never got any answer. I can't login to Adobe Cloud anymore.

This issue has been going for a month. The last contact I got from Adobe support dates from 2 weeks ago. I have been patient so far but this starts to get very annoying.

 

Here is the history:

This all started when I registered on the adobe cloud. I moved to Japan but all my past orders of Adobe products where made out of Adobe France. As I  registered to the Adobe Cloud I wanted to registered to Adobe Japan so I can pay locally. Then I realized that Adobe Japan was not recognizing my account but I could not register an account with the same email address because it was already use (another of this great system design). So I first created an account with my work email and and then decided not to use it to register to the Adobe Cloud as I didn't want to mix private and work related stuff. So I contacted the support. They transferred my account made from my personal email address from France to Japan, I registered onto the Adobe Cloud and I asked support to erase the account I created with my work email address. Everything was fine until I lost my credit card and had to login to change my credit card number to keep paying for the service. I could not login . I contacted support and they told me my account does not exist !!! Yes, some smart people erased both accounts and all orders made from my original account ! I had the account re-created but all orders are gone and I still can't use Adobe Cloud.

Orders numbers are : AD003421100JP, AD000874161FR, AD000794301FR

 

So as I haven't heard anything back from support for 2 weks, I would like support to contact me back, to know what actions are taken and when can I expect to get this solved.
