PDF convert to doc or docx, does not!

I thought I was on a winner, surely adobe could do it!
Results are unusable, tested five files nothing to serious, a few pages, ANY adobe program CAN read them, the converter can't and does get "some" of the simplest text, layout is completely blown apart, no images survive, ocr non existent, PLEASE cancel todays subscription TODAY and provide an immediate refund.
VERY dissappointed.
