CREATIVE CLOUD WILL NOT LET ME RESUBSCRIBE

I just fixed a payment issue and now every time I try to open a program (using premiere and after effects right now) It tells me my subscription is expired.  I click "try again" it says "thank you for using creative cloud" or something of the sort, and then the same exact subscription has expired message pops up.

 

I click on "Liscense this software" , and it lets me log in and then use the program until it crashes (it now crashes frequently, and I can't get a dynamiclinkserver connection, which is something I am depending on highly right now)

 

How do I fix this issue?  I need this to work, got a deadline in 7 hours, and its already 1:37 AM.  PLEASE HELP!!!!
