I have downloaded the above update 3 times and no matter what i do , including "run as administrator" not a lot happens when i double click the .exe file.
I get the waiting cursor but then the cursor just changes back to the normal pointer.
Win Vista 32 bit Business , all updates installed .
Any advice would be greatly appreciated as nothing else has ever failed to install
