I have a site about to go live and am currently testing workflow notifications.
They are working correctly (ie. if I put my details in they arrive in my inbox), but anything with the organisation's domain does not arrive.
The email is hosted externally and also their old site is still live.
They have their own mail server inhouse running Exchange.
Any ideas what can be tried next?
Have given them IP address of our server to add to safe senders list.
