I have a PC where Acrobat Pro 9 was installed. I uninstalled 9 and installed Pro 10 with our volume license. It keeps saying it's a trial version and doesn't want to accept our product key. I don't have the serial number for 9 anymore so I can't check if that's the key it's looking for. I don't want to format this PC. I would like to know which registry entries I can remove that would be responsible for this. There's no other Adobe products installed on this system. And I originally tried deleting anything that said Adobe in the registry before trying an uninstall/reinstall.
