I'm running cs6 on a mac - to be specifc a macbook pro 2011 running Lion OS
I can't access the internet so I'm running into some problems in activating my cs6.
I recently unistalled cs6 and then reinstalled it hoping to generate a repsonse code somehow through the installation process. My dilema is I never found a means to do this in the installation. There apparently should be a link that says "having trouble connecting to the internet" and by clicking this it will generate a response code.
My issue is there was no link like that. To activate my cs6 I either could sign in or sign in later. Obviously I couldn't sign in now so I can only choose to sign in later. By hitting sign in later it automatically starts cs6.
How do I generate a response code? There didn't seem to be anything in the installation that guided me towards it or even mentioned it. The internet also seems to be no help in solving this issue - any searches for how to access a response code directs me to a bit torrent site :/
Any help out there?
