using nikon coolscanV film scanner. for the most part all is going well EXCEPT that when i try to import scanned images into lightroom 4 i get the folllowing message on some of the files: "preview unavailable for this file"
i could be attempting to import 30 files, all will have this message with the exception of one file which will be imported successfully.
tried emailing ed hamrick but so far no answer.
anyone ever run into this problem?
