I joined creative cloud last week and today I am trying to subscribe to the £17.58 a month single app feature for Illustrator.
When it comes to checking out the cart freezes and then works and when I put my payment information in it says it's processing then comes up with "We’re sorry, but a system error occurred." and tells me to ring a number?
Anyone else having problems?
Im in the UK and tried to download the £22 a month student version but all schools coming up were American and I gave up in the end trying to find the UK version.
Why is it so difficult, I just need illustrator to finish my degree work
