Flash Builder 4.6 Standard Generate HTML Wrapper?

I have used Flash Builder for a while now, but now I need a HTML Wrapper.

It is said to look in Project>Properties>Actionscript Compiler, but it's not there!!!

(There is no Flex Compiler)
