I have a licensed version of photoshop elements 9. I have a new iMac that does not have a DVD drive. How do i download this version with out a disc and without having to buy the new version?
Plus this has been the most frustrating experience i have ever had with a company. I waited on the phone with customer service for 2 hours just to be told to post to the forum. I also couldn't understand him half the time. Then it has taken me about 12 attempts to post something due to errors with the site? who knows. NOT helpful and very frustrating!!!!!!!
