When playing a file, Audition leaves a marker at the start and, when one pauses, adds another at the end. One should be able to block that entire segment, from marker to marker, with some easy combination of keystrokes or at worst with a mouse command. Until I find that shortcut, I must add a white marker at the end of the section, press "Stop" to return to the beginning of it, and then with a Right (or Control) -click drag the cursor to the marker I inserted. Then, after performing to the block whatever action I wish, I must remember to delete the marker before going onward. Supposing that the program lacks any simpler method, could this one be sped up by means of the "Commmand + forward arrow" maneuver? Is there any way at all of avoiding the tedious mouse-dragging?
