Timer for the whole quiz

Hi!

I publish my test and enable reporting for the project. I use LMS and under Manifest I put a time limit on the test. I upload it to moodle but when I tested it out, it wont show any timer nor time limit on the test. I need to be able to put a time limit on my test. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
