Brochure super heavy in copy...

So I have to put together a brochure that is super heavy in text and I have gotten the client to reduce the text two times already thankfully but it is still very heavy in text. I need to make it look good obviously but with little space for supporting imagery/elements it is a bit difficult.

I was hoping to get a couple of opinions on this dillema from those of you who have already been in this place.

How did you handle it, could you recommend an approach?

As well, I wanted to ask what your thoughts were on point size.

I was thinking I could really push the font size down as much as possible to try and really maximize my space.

My idea is headers at 12pt/14pt, paragraph text at 10pt and bullets at 8pt (bullets are what are killing the majority of the space).

Do you think that 8pt will simply be too small?

Anyone brave enough to give advice here?

Any help/input is appreciated!

Thanks
