After Effects random green frames with imported screen capture footage

Hey guys,

I'm importing some screen capture footage recorded on mobile devices into After Effects (mp4), but there seems to be random green frames.. At first i thought it may be just  problem when previewing in AE, so I did a quick test render and the output file still shows these random green frames.

 

The footage plays back perfectly in any other app including Premiere, so I tried editing in Premiere then sending to AE via Dynamic Link but the random green frames still show in AE (and then the Dynamic Linked comp in Premiere). I also tried rendering in Premiere then importing the new rendered file into AE, but still the same issue.

 

I thought it was maybe an issue with the footage that the iPad had generated, but I also tried using an Android device and the same problem.

What could be causing this? Any ideas on how I can fix it?

At the moment it seems i'm restricted to editing this footage in Premiere as After Effects just does not seem to like this screen capture footage

 

Any help would be much appreciated.

Comment retrouver une musique en téléchargement (gratuit ou payant) proposée sur Adobe Sparkle pour un montage sur Première Pro ?

Je n'utilise plus l'application Sparkle, je suis passée sur Adobe Première, mais afin de garder une cohérence je souhaiterai utiliser la même musique que sur mes vidéos précédentes (Sparkle). C'est "Clockwork Escape". Pouvez-vous m'aider ?

Bonjour, je n'arrive plus à ouvrir Illustrator cs6, j'ai le message d'erreur : "Impossible de définir le nombre maximal de fichiers à ouvrir"

J'ai désinstallé et réinstallé le logiciel mais rien n'y fait,

Alguém pode me ajudar na questão a seguir:

A uma semana atrás eu instalei o Premiere Pro para  uma semana de testes, tudo correu bem, porém hoje adquiri a versão paga, após a instalação toda vez que abro o Premiere Pro o seguinte aviso aparece na tela: 

 

"O arquivo principal Adobe Premiere Pro Defaults do atalho foi criado em outra

Plataforma e é incompatível com esta versão do Premiere Pro"

Illustraterの契約を月単位で行いたい

のですが、プランを選ぼうとすると「既に契約をされている」という注意と共にグレー表示になり、

必ず年単位での契約しかできなくなっているのですがこれは仕様なのでしょうか？

When printing, I would like for page to appear in Adobe, not a browser window.

When printing from application, print page automatically opens in a browser (I.E.).  I would like for it to open in Adobe DC.  Is there a setting for this?

Nikon Z7 temp and tint issue

The Z7 files are tinted to magenta and too warm. This makes white balance presets unusable. For example when I set Daylight white balance in Lightroom for an image that was shot in daylight conditions, I do not get correct daylight white balance. I get magenta images. Is there a fix for this?

 

I'm comparing the Z7 files to those of a Z6. No problem with the Z6. White balance is correct. With the same white balance setting, in the same exact light condition, the Z7 gives incorrect white balance.

 

I have the latest version of Lightroom at this time.

Create dot pattern around letters

Hi everyone,

 

A while ago I made a birth gift where I dotted around the name of the child and left the name blank (similar but nice than in the image). More dots closer to the edge of the ‘letter‘ and less to the outside. Now I want to make another one but  digital.

 

I know how to cut out the letters but how do you raise the amount of dots close to the edge in a random way?

Access denied message when opening PDF from internal site.

Hello,

 

I work for the support team in my company and I received a call from a user that is receiving an Access denied error when trying to open a .pdf directly from an internal site.  This used to work but now the only way she can open it is if she saves the .pdf to the machine 1st.  then open it.  This is not a desirable way to handle these pdf.  she need only to review the .pdf and we do not want to have to save every pdf to the machine 1st. 

 

The ver of Adobe Reader DC  is  2019.012.20035

 

I tested out opening in Adobe Directly and opening in browser which is the way we want it to work.  

 

I verified that in

 

 

Edit > Preferences > Security (Enhanced)

enable protected mode at startup was unchecked.

unchecked Enable Enhanced security

checked Automatically trust documents with valid cert.

I set Adobe as the default for .pdf.

I reinstalled Adobe Reader DC also.

 

Still receive the error.

 

Any thought on this?

Vimeo Interactive Video

Just got Captivate 11 update 11.5.0.476, with the new Vimeo option in Interactive Video. I've tried a handful of Vimeo files, and the same thing happens. It gets to 50% when loading, then it hangs up. I'm forced to cancel to get out of it, and get a message "Video encountered an internal error."

 

I know the videos are good. We've used them in many other places.

 

Any ideas?

Ich habe bislang meine Fotos bei Adobe Stock als kommerzielle Verwendung eingestellt.

Nun habe ich entdeckt, dass auch Fotos für redaktionelle Verwendung einstellbar sind, finde aber keine Möglichkeit wie ich die hochladen kann.

Is this normal behavior for Ram Preview?

Hey Thrill Seekers,

I have an AE project with quite a few elements.  All have some sort of adjustment or mask.  So a render for a 1:45 project is taking about an hour and a half.  I'm OK with that.  But...when I have to edit any little thing at all, on any element, even if it has little effect on any other element, my green Ram preview line goes away and I have to create the whole dang preview frame by painful frame.  Very, very (very) tedious. 

 

I'm new to AE, so I have to be missing something significant.

catalog in Nas not launching

Hola,

He puesto un sistemas Nas en mi casa para poder trabajar desde un ordenador de sobremesa y un portatil. He copiado todos los archivos y catalogos al mismo pero cuando quiero abrir el catalogo desde ahi me dice que no es posible porque está en un "network volume" o en un "volume" donde no puede guardar cambios.

 

Alguien sabe como arreglar esto y que funcione desde el Nas??

Blend (replace spine)

Hi. I have created outlines from type (made it an object?) and would like to use the blend tool. When I select the blended object and the object I want replaced, the replace spine option is grayed. Is there something else I need to do to the letters to make this work, or will it work with letters at all. I can get it to work with shapes I've drawn but not with letters. Help would be greatly appreciated.

 

If you are wondering, I am trying to create a rhinestone template.

I have seen several post and news articles that talk about the "Document Cloud REST APIs."   I would like to bulk load convert and export documents from PDF to docx. 

 

Is there any way to do this with Adobe Document Cloud?

Workspace: How can I show the total sales of specific product group

Example.
-We have 10,000 products.
-Our site can buy multi-product at the same cart once.
-100 producuts are Spring Campaign Products.
-I want to show total sales of Spring Campaign Products.
-If I create segment.   Hit : product  contain any of  [A B C D E......]  as "Spring Campaign Products". 
-And show  "Spring Campaign Products"sales, it include sales of cross-sell products.
  *some user ordered non-campaign product at the same cart.  "Spring Campaign Products" sales include that product sales.

Is there any good way to show total sales of specific product group.
(except  1, Using SAINT.  2, Set 100 lines condition in advanced filter on workspace. )

If workspace has filtering ability "contain any of", that issue solve.
Or provide new segment function "single product level".
