Hi. I'm wondering if it's possible to export a file type from illustrator that will show the vector plots in ASCII like Matlab's .fig file formant does? I saw this done with Xfig which is a rudimentary vector drawing app and I am wondering if it's possible in AI?

Fraud concern with human signed signature on PDF
When a customer signs on tablet computer that is then printed as a PDF, will the signature automatically convert to an image (jpeg, PNG, BMP) or will it just render like the text? If I right-click a signature on a PDF and get the blue box and a "Save as" with image extension , does this mean someone added the image of the signature? I ask this because I signed on a tablet and see that the other party duplicated my signature somehow and put it into another part of the document that I did not see on the tablet or agree to. I realize this is probably fraud but I need to know if it proves my sig was added because I can right-click it and it gets the blue box and the Save As shows it is an image that can be saved on its own separate from document.

What is happening with Flow and Adobe Sign... It really is a terrible experience and the helpdesk 'chatbots' are also not helping out. Adobe is actively limiting document signing actions to 2 per month.... How can we test a freaking solution this way. ADOBE GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER

How do I delete text that I added to a scanned-doc PDF?
Hi all.
I have a PDF that is a scanned paper document. It's a form, so I opened it in Acrobat (latest version) and started adding text in the appropriate places.
Now I want to delete some of the text objects I just added. I can find no way to do this. Nor can I find any way to MOVE text (adjust its position on the page).
Anybody have insight on this infuriating situation? Thanks!

Access token provided is invalid or has expired
Hi,
get the error message Access token provided is invalid or has expired when trying to send a document for signature.
I've tried logging out and back in. I've tried the solution switching back to the old Adobe Sign management view. That didn't solve it. Subscription is still valid and CC details are up to date too.
Trying various times and ways an alternative error message is the following that keeps popping up now (haven't seen the above error message since):
We encountered an error while processing your request. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please reload the page and try again.
If you continue to encounter this error contact our customer support.
I think it's obvious that reloading doesn't do anything.
I was able to send one document and on the second one I now get the error message.
I have had so many problems with the sign in of this account a couple of weeks ago that cost me hours and hours waiting for someone in the customer support chat to talk to me, it's ridiculous. And that was just because I changed the account's email address!
Now I'm having technical problems again. This is NOT what I expected from Adobe. I have not had so many problems that have cost me that much time with a software provider ever!
Waiting for a solution.

Can't locate file, but it's available in Finder...
I had an audio file in my project, then I updated Premiere, and when I rebooted it a bunch of them suddenly couldn't be found.
When I tried to relink the file, I navigated to the folder and it didn't appear there, even though it's there in my Finder window.
I tried entering the fully qualified path, and i got this error message:
can anyone explain why i suddenly can't use this file? It is an M4A file.

Photoshop CS6 Looks Blurry (Mac) Retina Display
Hello I recently got a new Macbook Pro (2018) and I realized that the interface looks blurry for Photoshop CS6. I read that it could be due to the retina display and I need to update to 13.0.6 but the Creative Cloud updater says there is no update for Photoshop and when I tried to manually download the update via Support Downloads it opens the update in the old Adobe Updater and says "Update Failed." Is there any way I can still update?

Export for Screens in Photoshop CC
I have been doing some work using a trial version of Illustrator and there is an option there to Export for Screens, which perfectly exports the file as a png with only the necessary image shown.
However, I definately can not afford Illustrator when I already have the photoshop package so I need to know what the options are to save the same file in photoshop when doing Exports As.
I know this may sound confusing so i will try and demonstrate with a couple of screen shots, if that's allowed.
this is how the file looks in Illustrator and when Exporting for Screens it still looks like this, which is the desired final result.
this is how the same file looks in photoshop as a psd. when exporting it as png it still looks like that but I need it to have the final result as per Illustrator.
Does any guru's know what settings I would need to use in Photoshop to end up with this desired result??

How do you open and close animations in the timeline
I haven't worked in Animate for a while. I need to open the timeline up and then close it down again. It is apparently so rudimentary that there is no mention of it in any of the tutorials on the Adobe website that I can find. Can anyone tell me?

Does Firefox now have a problem with this forum?
I don't seem to be able to access this forum with Firefox any more.
It's version 68.0.1 64 bit on Windows 10.
If I go to any page I just get a message saying -
"The page isn't redirecting properly."
"An error occurred during a connection to forums.adobe.com."
"This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies".
My cookie settings are fine as far as I can see, and I've never knowingly changed them!
The forum works fine if I use Microsoft Edge.
Anyone else seeing this? It certainly used to work fine in Firefox!

Can I add multiple documents for signature to one EchoSign record?
If my customer is a TV network and they want to sign separate agreements for all their affiliate stations, can I add all those separate agreements to one email? Or would the customer have to get a separate email for every station agreement? For example, the same Customer Contact getting 50 emails (for 50 affiliate stations) coming one after another saying "Sign This Document". Does EchoSign support uploading multiple documents to one "agreement" record? If not, the whole 'ease of use' electronic signature process could backfire big time...

How can I reorganise my LR pictures between the different HD of the "storage location for originals"?
On top of syncing online when I can have access to a descent internet connection, I mainly store my pictures (DNG only) locally in an external HD (lets call it HD1) which is now full. From what I understand from previous post here I now have to change the address of the "storage location for originals" to a new external HD (let's call it HD2) to save my new pictures locally. Is that correct?
If so, many questions arises to which I could not get any answer here yet so I try again :
1. When I need to access my older pictures offline will connecting HD1 to my computer make those pictures available even though the "storage location for originals" address is now different and correspond to HD2?
2. Can I reorganise my picture between HD1 and HD2 and move them around from one to the other?
3. If yes how can I do that?
4. If no, will I have to switch to Lightroom Classic if I want to be able to manage my pictures to have control over the HD location of my pictures ?
5. If I have to switch to Classic
a. how the hell can I transfer my LightroomCC pictures to Lightroom classic in an external HD ?
I tried using the sync with Lightroom option and in preferences/lightroom sync I set "specify location for Lightroom's synced images" to my external HD but classic keep saving those files on my Mac hd in Mobile Downloads.lrdata. What am doing wrong? Is this a bug?
b. How can I keep all the editing work done on them in LightroomCC during the transfer to LRClassic ?
I would really appreciate the help as I am completely stuck in my work because of this.

I'm gonna call Animate "Flash."
Since Adobe Flash and Adobe Animate are essentially the same program, I am going to call Adobe Animate "Adobe Flash." It's the proper name for me to call it even though Flash is no longer Animate's name. But they're technically different updates of the same program, so I may as well call it Flash as well.
So if ever you see a topic saying "I need help getting Flash to work" made by me, you'll know what I mean. That is, if you read this topic thoroughly, and enough times to be able to know what I mean.

Missing plugins after installing InDesign 2019
I installed Indesign CC 2019. I can’t open files that require (mt.core.MathZone.InDesignPlugin), it was working fine on 2018 version.
Please note that saving the INDD file 2019 into IDML, then open it in 2018 version is an Improper solution because I deal with many Indd files.
Could someone please help in finding this plugin for 2019 version.

Adobe Animate (Flash) CC 2018 Problem
I tried to make a new document in Adobe Animate (Flash) CC 2018, and... well, it stops responding, no matter how many times I try to fix it. I'm starting to consider moving to Adobe After Effects and Photoshop for animation - Maybe even Adobe Illustrator.

drop shaddow
I built my logo in Illustrator to use in Dreamweaver for my website.
I SAVED AS SVG.
When I looked at my logo on my desktop. The drop shaddows had been sent as separate .png files.
Is this supposed to happen? Seems odd.
The logo was without drop shaddows when I tried to put it on a webpage in Dreamweaver.
I am a novice, self-taught and old. Any help?

When I'm tring to render with aerender on Mac I get the following error:

I can not find anything on the web regarding this error. It occurs on AE 2018 and 2019.
