i can limit the characters for a textfield - but can i show how many are there already in the field???
the programm must be counting them is there a possible for the person wirting in the form how many charaters there have been already wirtten in a textfield ???

Audio stops working after receiving call on iOS
Hi All,
In my Apache Flex app (Flex 4.16, AIR 25) running on iOS, all audio stops working if/when the user receives a phone call, or even if the phone just rings once.
If the user then leaves the app, i.e. presses the phone's home key, then returns, the problem goes away.
I'm guessing that I have to do something in response to the app's DEACTIVATE or ACTIVATE events, like this:
NativeApplication.nativeApplication.addEventListener(Event.ACTIVATE, onActivateApp);
NativeApplication.nativeApplication.addEventListener(Event.DEACTIVATE, onDeactivateApp);
private function onActivateApp(event:Event):void {
// do something here
}
private function onDeactivateApp(event:Event):void {
// and/or here
}
... and I've tried calling SoundMixer.stopAll() when the app deactivates, but that doesn't help...

Release of Lightroom 7?
I gather from reading the posts of a few people, that Lightroom has evolved a lot since I purchased v.4.
So I know that if I buy a stand-alone edition, I'll get version 6. But even version 6 is now a couple of years old this spring.
Do you have any idea when Adobe is releasing v.7?

Problème sur Encore CS6 : J'ai crée un projet dont le logiciel estime d'environ 3 Go. Mais à la sortie du transcodage, le dossier pèse 4.77 Go, supérieur à la capacité d'un DVD vierge, soit 4,7 Go, donc impossible à graver. Quelqu'un a t-il une solution s
Pour la construction d'un projet sur Encore CS6, j'ai adapté les paramètres du logiciel pour un DVD 4,7 Go.
La barre de remplissage m'indique (environ) 3 Go.
Mais à la sortie du transcodage, le dossier atteint 4,77 Go...
Le premier souci est cette différence... c'est anormal... le deuxième est que la capacité du DVD est dépassée, donc impossible de graver.
Quelqu'un aurait-il une solution pour remédier au problème s'il vous plaît ?

Sum of drop down box choices for Acrobat DC Pro.
I have two pdf pages in one file. One of the pages has 24 different text boxes labeled T001Total through T024Total. On the other page has 30 different drop down boxes labeled Item1Code through Item30Code. Every drop down box has 24 choices labeled T001 through T024. I want the text fields to go through the drop down boxes and add up all the like choices. Example. Text field T001Total will look through all the drop down boxes labeled Item1Code through Item30Code and add up all the drop down boxes that have T001 selected. That needs to happen for all the text fields.

Working with multiple clipping masks
I'm struggling to find out how to make a clipping mask on to a layer that is already added as a clipping mask to another layer.
Does that even make sense?
How do you guys do this?

No ASP/ASP.Net support in Dreamweaver CC
Another Disabled or depreicated 'feature'. No ASP of ASP.Net support in DW CC.
At: * Vista/Windows 7: C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Dreamweaver CC\Configuration\DisabledFeatures there are a some .mxp files to add these functions back.
Took the steps required to convert mpx to ZXP.

The extension, ASP_JS_Support.mxp, once converted throws an error. It is searching for files in directories that do not exist. There is Menus.xml file in the /configuration/Menus/ directory, the the 'element' is not in the file at all. See image below.
This is my most required function.
When we open a new file, many file type starter pages are no longer available including ASP, Cold Fusion etc. Are these going to be added back?
Add my voice to legions of others showing Our disappointment with DW CC's lack of support for developers. CC is simply a CSS, HTML WYSYWIG editor now. We should not have to load extensions to the primary program we use to develop our websites. While HTML 5 and CSS can develop great sites, the fact is there are millions of websites that function perfectly without these and will continue to do so.
IMHO Adobe focused completely on new technology, which is not even supported fully by browsers, and ignored technologies that are in use today. You missed by a mile and I regret purchasing a Cloud Account just to see what a drop shadow or curved border looks like in live view.
Support? Do I even need to go there?
I had such hopes for this version of DW, looks like CS6 will remain my main program.

SEVERAL TIMES A WEEK!
For some weeks now, Flash has tried to update on my Mac several times a week - sometimes several times a day! After the first couple of updates I decided to ignore the attempts - worried that they were viruses!!!
Today, an update popped up so I closed Safari and installed it... That was the '26au' (as shown in the screen grab). Then a short while later, Adobe's update window popped up again! This time it was for the '26ppau' file. As you can see from the second screen grab, this file was its 4th attempt!!!
What is going on? Why is Flash trying to update with differing file names?

How to hide menu bar in Mac when running AIR app
When we run our app, we still see the doc and menubar
We wish for our AIR app to run full screen over everything.
Is there any special setting we need to put in AIR manifest or call specific API?
