I purchased Acrobat Pro XI in December of 2013. It activated upon installation, no problem. Since then I've received multiple upgrade notifications, and never an issue wit upgrades. About a month ago, a pop-up appeared saying I was starting my 90-day trial. Attempting to (re) activate the software, I'm receiving the dreaded "serial number revoked" message. I've now been waiting in support chat for over 2 hours, while on hold on the phone for over an hour. I've seen all the comments about pirated software, but I bought from a reputable reseller, and how can 4 years of use and updates suddenly become pirated software? And is never picking up on chat or phone standard procedure for Adobe? This "customer support" is absolutely horrible. Adobe, please get in touch with me, or I'll be asking for contact info for your legal team.

Photoshop CC 2018- How to turn off the recentering in full screen mode ?
Hello
When I work in full-screen mode (F), I want to move my workspace with the hand (space). Since the update is impossible to move easily. The workspace is recenter automatically.
For example if I want to work details, I zoom to 200% and use the full screen mode. I want to move the window to the left for work on the right side of my drawing, but photoshop automatically re-centers the workspace. And I can't see my work anymore. This new default setting is very painful.
How to turn off the recentering of the workspace in full screen mode ?

Stroke Weight
I'm trying to animate my character walking toward the camera. I want them to get larger as they approach the screen so i make all the frames of the cycle, then individually increase each frames size. What i don't want is to increase the stroke weight. Is there a way to make the stroke weight smaller after if scaled it up?

Dynamic link Error between After Effects and Adobe Encoder
Hi,
I've been using After Effects for around 1-2 months. Today I was formatting my laptop so I got rid of After effects and AME. When I reinstalled both of the programs and tried rendering my animation through AME, I got an error saying I could not connect to After effects. I checked that After effects and AME were the same versions. They were both the 2018 versions but AME was v12.0.0 and After Effects was v15.0.0. I tried reinstalling the programs but that didn't help. Some time After effects crashes on start up about this thing initializing MediaCore. It usually crashes on that part of start up. Could anyone help me?

ich habe eine Animate-Animation exportiert mit Einstellungen für Responsivität, die auch ÜBERALL funktioniert. Außer auf dem iPhone, wo im Hochformat der Platz für die querformatige Animation nicht ausreicht und somit beschnitten wird. Er reicht nicht weil die Breite nicht auf 100% gesetzt wird.
Ich habe die HTML-Seite als iFrame in Wordpress integriert.
Gibt es da eine simple Lösung die schon irgendwo im Netz erfolgreich umgesetzt wurde?

Photoshop exporting corrupt .PNG file?
Hey all,
Has anybody had any similar issues or know the fix for something like this? I have been searching the forums and nobody has this issue from what I've seen.
Im very frustrated here. Im creating .PNG file's for a title sequence I'm building in After Effects, and every file I'm creating in Photoshop with a .PNG extension will not import into After Effects, giving me this error:

Proportional Scaling
Up until 2 weeks ago I was able to proportionally scale art and images by shift, dragging on the diagonal brown corner box. Suddenly, when I try to do that now, it will scale but it's not a constrained proportional scale. The image will proportionally scale if I type it in in the upper menu bar. I've tried uninstalling and then reinstalling InDesign, but get the same result. Any idea of what I'm doing wrong??

Error when adding the Adobe Sign App to a Sharepoint Site

Les ordinateurs sont sous Windows7 en réseau.
CreativeCloud est déconnecté à chaque ouverture de session en tant qu'administrateur ou utilisateur.
Comment faire pour que la connexion à CreativeCloud et au proxy soit enregistrée et automatique à l'ouverture des sessions ?

AE CC2018 displays text & vectors really ugly (after update)
Hi everyone!
Text layers, solid layers and other vector layers are not displayed correctly when zooming in to an odd window size of e.g. 119%
(when 'window size' is activated) or when switching display mode to 'Full Screen'.
AE did this really well in previous versions (as long as I can remember):
AE CC 2014 does a smooth anti-aliasing of all edges in every window size (no matter if you're at 50% or 48.3%).

AE CC 2017 and AE CC 2018 are displaying this really awful with rough pixelated edges (like Photoshop did 15 years ago).
I think this first happended after I did the update on both CC versions (17+18).

It also looks terrible when switching display mode to full screen. Screen resolution is turned to 'Full' and CR is turned on.
Is this a bug or can this be fixed somewhere in the AE prefs???
Switching project settings from Metal to OpenCL etc did not change anything.
I mean this is really annoying … has never been a problem before.
I'm on a Mac Pro with AMD FirePro D700 and OS X El Capitan.

my Lightroom collections are grayed-out and not responding
Hello,
Since doing various Lightroom upgrades e.g. CC and CC Classic ( I now have three versions of Lightroom wahey ), most of my collections have become grayed-out and completely unresponsive.
I've tried creating a new version of a corrupted collection and dragging the images into it but the images cannot be dragged out.
Any idea how I can fix this?

Scaling down pixelating the image, how to preserve the resolution?
Hi guys!
I wanted to create a zoom out effect from still images each further away then the first. Thats why I scale them down and add the further away one on top (kinda like Andrew Kramer's Earth Zoom).
My problem is, that the Image gets pixelated if it gets scaled down, If I use the camera to zoom in the picture is super blurry. Thats why I tryed using vectors from Adobe illustrator where I can check the rasterization instead of JPG / PNG but still no luck, same result.
Any help would be highly appreciated

in this Adobe tutorial about forms portal - Creating a Custom Forms Portal in Adobe Experience Manager | it is asking us to download zip file fp_start_package.zip and upload it in crx. However, I cannot find it anywhere. I even went to Package Share and search for it and was no luck. Does anyone have a copy of this file so I can continue with the tutorial?

Photoshop CC 2018 extremely slow
Hey guys,
I have a 2017 27" iMac, specs:
4.2 GHz Intel Core i7
40 GB 2400 MHz DDR4 RAM
Radeon Pro 580 8 GB Graphics
This machine shouldn't break a sweat with Photoshop, however Photoshop is performing the worst I've ever encountered this example is only a 350mb Photoshop file, with about 56 layers (most flattened with a mask) in 20 groups and 5200x3500px.
• When using a brush or eraser tool, it lags so much that it takes nearly a minute to complete the stroke – then doesn't even follow the stroke I made!
• Zooming in nearly crashes the file.
• After about 5 mins of trying, PS just stalls and wont do anything. Open Force Quit Apps and it doesn;t show PS as not responding either.
I've tried using it with the 'Use Graphics Processor' unticked and it runs even worse!
30gb of RAM alocated to PS.
Using default History & Cache
Scratch disk has 1.2tb spare
I never use flick panning or scrubby zoom, or any of those kind of features.
Would this benefit if I got an external SSD to use as a scratch disk?

Text is not getting shown via API; even though it's getting saved.
Hi,
I'm experiencing a very unusual issue when try ing to create and display text via the Adobe Text Engine API. Please see the steps below explaining the scenario
Step 1: Opening the .ai file a first time in order to test the plugin.
Text for the following fields should be created and displayed (but it's not)
- Substrate
- Note
- Color Station
- Date Created
- Author
Also, text for File Name should be removed, but it's not.
Step 2: Deleting the plugin.
In order to confirm that the plugin code doesn't rerun, I deleted it before reopening the .ai file to see if any changes were saved.
Step 3: Reopening the .ai file without the plugin to check if the changes were saved
As seen below, all text fields to be shown were actually saved and the file name was removed too.
It all seemed to work fine previously and I'm puzzled by this! Any help would be truly appreciated!
