lightroom shut down when importing pictures

Hi,

I been using Lightroom 5.7.1 64bit for the last few years and this morning when I tried to import photos and vids it's keep shuting down on me, same if I use "CRTL+SHIFT+I". I uninstalled the program and installed again and still the same problem, tried customer support for the last 3 hours, which was a waste of time, no help and no solution, just pushing the ball and telling me to go to the forums and people on the forum will help me, so anybody able to help with this problem? Thank you.

Iafer Pen Crashes Illustrator

I purchased a brand new surface book 2 in February and an iafer pen to go with it - the Microsoft pen was just a bit too pricey.

 

When I use it to sketch on Illustrator using the paint or pen tool, it causes the application to crash every 5-10 minutes. Any ideas why? Is it a compatibility issue? I am wondering if I should invest in a Microsoft pen. The constant crashing is making it very difficult to get any work done.

【環境】Windows 10 Professional(バージョン1803(OSビルド17134.678)),PowerPoint2016(16.0.11328.20140)64ビット),Adobe Presenter 11(バージョン11.1.0 ビルド189)

 

【事象および状況】

 

客先で研修等の資料作成でAdobe Presenter 11を使用しており、自分自身がAdobe Presenter 11について理解できていないところがあるので、Adobe Presenter 11の30日体験版を導入して機能について確認中です。

 

「SWF」「ビデオ」「パブリッシュ」をクリックすると「このオプションを使用する前にAdobe Flash Playerをアップグレードする必要があります。最新のPlayerをインストールするには[OK]をクリックしてください。プレゼンテーションに戻るには[キャンセル]をクリックしてく ださい。」のメッセージが表示されますので[OK]ボタンを押下すると、｢Flash Player に関する問題 | Windows 10 | Internet Explorer｣に飛び、「Windows 10 の Internet Explorer にはFlash Player が組み込まれています。Flash Player のインストールは必要はありません。」と表示されており、「Flash Playerテスト」も問題はありません。

Internet Explorer 11の「ActiveXフィルター」は無効になっています。

【ご教示いただきたい点】

Hi All,

 

I have a task, to crop only images of PDF and export it as PNG formate.

But I am facing an issue to select the image by a script.

 

My planning to complete the task :

     Open pdf (manually)

     Select all images of the current document crop it and export as png by using the script.

 

Facing issue to the auto select image by the script.

Captivate 2019 VR Project - Pause after a quiz question

Hello,

I'm developing Captivate VR project using both 360 images and videos. Ideally, I would like to include several quiz questions that should appear at various points along the timeline corresponding to a segment of the video they just watched.

When I answer the quiz and click "continue" on the overlay slide, the video/timeline does not automatically resume... I'm not sure whether this is acting as intended?

Has anyone experienced this? The workaround I'm toying with is including a play button that would trigger the "continue" action to display on the timeline at the same time.

Photoshop CC crashing if Graphics Processor is enabled

I've been on the All Apps plan for about a year now although I primarily use Photoshop CC.

It's never given me any issues, until just recently- I start up the program normally, but within 10-30 seconds a crash report message ( like this one ) pops up.

I have looked at the data included in the crash report, but it doesnt seem to yield much info about why the crash happened.

 

After troubleshooting for hours, looking at forums and tutorials, clearing up unnecessary files from my PC (as well as uninstalling and reinstalling Photoshop to its latest version more than once), there's been no change in the problem. My brother has been helping me, and is far more adept with software related issues, but even he is at a loss.

 

ALTHOUGH we may have narrowed the issue down to whether the 'Use Graphics Processor' option in my preferences is checked or not:

Leaving it unchecked is the only thing that seems to keep Photoshop running, but without the OpenGL features it's very uncomfortable to work in.

 

I have done a clean install of my graphics driver (I'm using NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti) but it doesn't seem to have made a difference.

I am no expert with technical things, but I could really use a solution to this,,

ライトルーム6を2台目のPCにインストールしたが体験版になってしまう。

お世話になります。

ライトルーム6を使っています（PC2)。今回新しいPC（PC3)を購入しインストールしたのですが、ライトルームを開いて環境設定のモバイルタブを見るとステータスが体験版になっていて終 了日も出てきます。どうしたら体験版にならなくなるのでしょうか？

 

以前、ライトルーム5（パッケージ版を購入）から6へアップグレードした際に、元々使っていたPC（PC1)へアップグレードが出来ませんでした。

runtimeエラーとか言うのが出ていて、アドビのサポートに問い合わせたのですが、結局解決しなかったです。その時も新しいPC（PC2)を買ってそのPCでは無事にアップグレード出来た ので、PC1はライトルームをアンインストールしたまま放置していました。

この時のライセンスの解除が出来てない事が原因なのではと思っているんですが、ライセンス解除の方法が分かりません。どうやっても出来ません。

 

分かる方いますか？

それとも体験版になってしまう原因は他にあるんでしょうか？

error while running script for multiple files

Hi All,

 

I have script for Spliting artboard layers. it works fine as a single file or multiple files. but if the file does not have that layer what i need to export. the script stops working. not move to verify another file stucks with the same file.

Trying to Authorise My Computer but I cant sign in with my Adobe password details that lets me log in to my Adobe Account.

ebook vendor...Adobe ID

Adobe ID....my email address

password......same as login password for Adobe

 

When I try to log in I get Incorrect login or ID error message for ebook vendor

 

When I try to create a new ID, error message states account already exists.

Help please.!!!!

Crash when Exporting in H264 and ProRes

I'm struggling with the exporting phase in Premiere Pro and Media Encoder. When I export a file, after few seconds of rendering the program crashes. This happen with H264 and Quicktime ProRes. I would like to render a basic 12min video with no effects or plugins, just simple cuts and resize from 4K to FHD.

 

CPU 3770K @ 4.5Ghz

RAM 16GB

GPU 1080Ti

Dual Monitor 4K

OS Windows 10 PRO with all last updates

Driver Nvidia updated to March, 17

 

Before posting this post, I searched previous discussions but neither of solutions works.

- I cleaned media cache

- I tried CC 2019 and CC 2018

- Edit Memory preference to performance->memory

- I tried another software and it crashes too in exporting phase with H264

- Premiere crashes with/without CUDA flag

- Windows 10 and Nvidia Driver are updated

- Premiere is no cracked but in trial version

- Premiere Pro CC 2019, Media Encoder CC 2019 are updated to the last version

- I installed K-lite Codec and DivX codec

 

The report contains one of these exceptions but illegal instruction appears more frequently:

VR headsets for Macbook/iPhone

Hello, I have Adobe Captivate 2019, a new Macbook Air, and an iPhone 5. I'd love to start showcasing my VR e-learning lessons on a VR headset. I see on your website that you only recommend Samsung Gear VR and Google Daydream. However, those require Android/Galaxy. Could you tell me what VR headset you recommend given that I have a Macbook/iphone? I'd like to make sure it has peripheral vision too. Thank you!

Adobe Target Activity Report not working for BatchAPI mBox Call

Hi All,

 

I am using "/rest/v2/batchmbox?client=" API for getting the activity information and using in my code to render / enable the feature. The API service working fine and am getting the response from the API control/Experience based on the network traffic. But the reports are not generating in the activity report section. Please help me to resolve this issue.

Issue with undocking panels in Photoshop CC 2019

Hello, hopefully someone can help with this, I feel like I'm losing my mind. I just want to undock the menu panels and rearrange them into a new custom workspace but no matter what I try the panels stay stuck to the right of the screen. I've tried loading the menus individually, I've tried using the 'essentials' template and moving them that way, I've messed around in the 'interface' menu and 'general settings' in the preference menu, have restarted the program several times but nothing is working. please help this is very annoying as I was able to undock panels in the past, not sure if something has changed of if I'm just missing something.

need the script code for saving color settings and give a name

Hello guys,

I cannot get the code for saving only color settings to file and give it a  name. it is a .csf file that saved in \Adobe\Color\Settings folder.

the script listener seem doesn't get the code working.  I got this:

rendering

Hello, so i got a problem with rendering on Adobe After Effects. I've put glowing effects and drawn on the video and when i try to render it on Adobe Media Encoder, the effects and everything i've drawn on the video doesn't shows up in the renderd video. Please help, this is for a schoool project.

Unable to delete color swatch

I used to Ctrl+click single color swatches to delete single color swatches with a scissor effect but it's been gone for a long time now. Starting to miss the days of hard copy versions, at least you could rely on features being there every day
