Bonjour, j'ai souscris un abonnement ce vendredi, le payement s'est encaissé MAIS, les logiciels ne s'ouvrent pas. Une fois installé, il est écrit "version d'essai expirée", ou il m'est dit d'Acheter le logiciel. Quand je clique pour tenter d'ouvrir l'application, une page d'erreur s'ouvre en me disant de contacter le service client...

Sinon, j'ai essayé de me connecter avec le compte d'une amie (chez qui ça marche très bien), ses logiciels ne s'ouvrent pas sur mes ordinateurs, j'ai le même problème.

Autre problème, j'ai tenté de contacté le service client depuis ce matin et aucune réponse.

Serait-ce un problème de version WINDOWS ? (je suis Windows 8, mais mon autre ordinateur est sous Windows 10 et ça ne fonctionne pas non plus)

I used to be able to adjust a text box in two ways:

1) Adjusting the text box size while also resizing the text inside the box

and

2) Adjusting the text box without affecting the text inside.

But here lately, I'm only able to do #1. No matter how I select the text box, the results are the same - it resizes the text inside. Am I the only one having this problem and do you have any suggestions for fixing it? I tried resetting the text tool and restarting the program, but that didn't help.

I made a (bit too elaborate) demo video to demonstrate what I'm talking about, so you can see that I understand the two different ways to select a text box, but neither way gives me the option of adjusting only the text box size.

This issue has occurred only recently, so I assume it's related to a recent update. Any help is appreciated.

I'm a huge Illustrator fan, but lately after each update it seems to get more unstable.

I initially thought this is RAM related, but after installing 24gb rab, the issues persists.

After some time the top bar will become all mashed up, and at this stage i know that Illustrator wond support any pop-up windows, like saving as, etc.

The only option is to force quit from task manager and hope that the auto save caught all the work. This happes at random times, and the only fix I've found is to restart Illustrator. It crashes once - twice a day.

Really need help!

I have very strange bug in InDesign CC, that I haven't had in oldest versions of InDesign:

I have to use 2-3 languages with different directions (English + Hebrew/Arabic for ex.) with justification.

If I choose Paragraph / Single-line composer, then I get flipped Hebrew language

If I choose World-Ready Paragraph / World-Ready Single-line Composer, then I get gaps between English letters.

Any suggestions how to fix this gaps? Flip the Hebrew manually not the option, I have a lot of words in each paragraph.

I tried, I think, all possible combinations with Tracking/Justification options/ Kashidas/ different font families / flip character direction...

Problem with opening Image out of Lightroom Classic

Hey!

i dont exactly know since when, but i have a Problem with opening an Image from Lightroom.

Earlier, i edited the image in Lightroom, and i want to continue in Photoshop. Usually, i was able to do this with a rightclick in the image, edit in, Adobe Photoshop CC 2019.

This worked fine for... all the time i have the Adobe CC Subscription.

Now, i do the same "workflow", but the image does not open. it just opens the Photoshop-App, but the Image does not load. so the "connection" between Photoshop and Lightroom is gone.

I dont know if this an beginner-mistake, but i can not find a solution

my system is a macbook pro, macOS high sierra, 10.13.6.

All the Adobe Apps are up to date..

I just updated my Lightroom cc and when I try to merge 3-5 identical photos (different exposures), it “gathers data” then when it tries “create preview”, it says “unable to merage. Please cancel and review section.”

How do I get them to merge?

Hi I am currently touring South America. I have a 2017 iPad Pro with 300 Gb of storage remaining and the latest OS update. The latest version of the Lightroom app is installed with 1Tb storage. I am using approximately 200Gb of my allowance with approx 400 images. Approximately 5 weeks ago I did a long editing session and the IPad shutdown. I could not recharge or switch it back on for 10 Days despite trying every known option. I then tried another charge and it came back to life. Everything worked fine until I opened lightroom, which crashed it again. This pattern has repeated itself ever since. I can work with lightroom for a few minutes then then IPad crahes and switches off. I then have to do a hard reset. Lightroom reports all 400 imagess have been backed up in the cloud. I am nervous about desinstalling and resinstalling the app in case this is not the case. Even so I am not sure this will help.

Has anyone else had these issues and found a fix?

I am working on a requirement where I need to display results from back end service in Modal window with ability to search results within the model window and allow end user to select multiple rows/items from the modal. I need to display these selected items in adaptive form table component upon closing the dialog.

I have seen below article similar to my use case from one of our community member

Since my requirement is enhanced version of above use case , I have few queries in below mentioned points from implementing this.

Writing more HTML content to adaptive form static text field

Place heavy scripting related to Modal window in form initialize event

Using third party client libraries to implement the complex functionality

I would like to know more about above mentioned items along with cleaner design approach . I was also thinking about developing this form without using adaptive forms however this solution may not be feasible since it is one in the group of adaptive forms in the client forms portal !

I am using iMac pro, Encoder 13.0.2 and Premier CC the most recent update. All my files are in Lacie 2TB SSD drive connected with USB C cable to the mac.

The failed footage is from DJI mavic 2 zoom, and film convert has been applied , as well as a movie bar.

Media Encoder failed to export the video (Btw i am using Open CL for render.) , it stoped at the first frame of this file, however exporting directly from adobe premiere seems to be ok, but it takes longer.

Not sure what is the problem, how to fix it if there is a solution, or how to prevent ?

Within my data a customer can have numerous activity IDs assigned to them. They're assigned a new ID for each activity that they complete on our website.

Each activity ID has an activity date/time attached to it. How can I add an activity ID as Additional Data within an enrichment that is the first activity ID of any given day?

Furthermore, a customer is also given an IdentityID

So the data would look like this. How would I add only ActivityID 011d to the data within the workflow?

Hi - i am intending on buying a refurbished macbook pro for my son for school and he will be running photoshop via the cloud. I have spoken to a sales technician at a company selling these laptops and he has said to me that we would need a 15" screen for the latest version of Photoshop to work.He said otherwise it would be laggy. Is this correct or can we use a 13". I am not looking at the retina screen. Any help would be appreciated (dummies version please). Thank you.

Je suis sous OS Mojave avec la CC 2019 et sous Photoshop lorsque j'utilise le lasso (peu importe le type), lors de chaque clic les lignes pointillés ne s'affichent pas.

Compliqué pour un détourage.

Lorsque je double clic pour fermer le tracer (tracé à l'aveugle sans les pointillés), les pointillés s'affichent bien.

Y'a t'il une Option à sélectionner ou un paramètre à modifier ?

Je n'avais pas ce soucis avec Photoshop CS6 sou El Captain, ni même sous WIndows.

Autant dire que cela est très embêtant.

I'm working with a partner on a project, and when I opened up his Premiere project on my computer, all of the clips were out of order. The project (an interview) used external audio, so the video and audio tracks are separate files and synced in the timeline.

When you open the file on his computer, all the video and audio clips are synced. When you open the same file (from the same hard drive) on my computer, the video clips are completely out of order with the audio. Each clip in the timeline is there, but the clips seem to be pulling from random parts of the master video file. We're using the same version of Premiere, have the same OS, and use the same hard drive containing all the project files. But the video is shuffled when I open the project on my computer.

Any ideas?

Does anybody know how to edit/set the value in the lower left-hand corner of the window? This looks like the status bar to me and it should change based on what is selected in the Explorer view. It does not change based on what view I am selecting.
