just loaded photoshop elements 4.0 after a couple of years. All ok but cannot access organize pictures. get this box
OPEN Catalogue there was a problem opening the catalogue name "my pictures" psa. Another user or app may have been open (NOT SO) or one or more files may be missing or out of date (MOST LIKELY) or damaged.
THe ODBC data source reported the following error internal error data not found....attempt to compact or recover try again. (TRIED THIS AND DID NOT WORK)
