New to Illustrator CC but picking up quickly. Have drawn a four sided shape, using pen tool curves.
When AI file is converted to a PDF format all appears fine on screen.
Unfortunately, the printed paper copy comes out as a series of faceted or straight lines, instead of curves.
(Using a standard HP Envy desktop printer.)
Advice appreciated.

When reviewing files in Media workspace, there are files that appear to be version sets (photo, photo_edited-1) I cannot find a way to collapse the versions set so that I only see the last edited version.
What should I do so that I can collapse the version set?

I am currently trying to set up an A/B test on our search error landing page (page that is visible when there are no products matching the terms used). Considering that we don't have an unique URL for this page we have created an mbox to be triggered once there are no products matching the search term.
Using the troubleshooting tools of Adobe Marketing Cloud I can see that the mbox is indeed fired when there are no results (and off when there are results). Now I am trying to create an audience using this as the main parameter to trigger the A/B test, but unfortunately it doesn't seem to work. The mbox is triggered but the A/B test is not.
Please see how I have built the audience.

I have a problem with the cordova-plugin-file,
After the last release of cordova-plugin-file, i get an error when i build everytime from Phonegap
error :

Please help me understand why I cannot open any InDesign documents I create with the new InDesign 2018. All the files I make or save with the new software give me the same error on opening: "Cannot open "INVITE_WIP.indd". The file "INVITE_WIP.indd" is damaged (Error code: 4).
Please help me! I am paying this does not mean I have lost all the work I have created with InDesign CC 2018.

Since Adobe Reader 11, it is printing our CAD to PDF A3 prints (which has background aerial images or complex CAD layers) to blank page from Ricoh Aficio series printers using Ricoh's PCL6 driver for Universal Printing. The prints only work when printing in Adobe Acrobat DC or Foxit PhantomPDF or selecting 'Print As Image" in Adobe Reader 11.
Could Adobe Support please advise if it is a bug in Adobe Reader 11? We cannot afford to have all users installed Adobe Acrobat DC nor using "Print As Image" option as the quality of print using this option is different from direct printing.

Hi, I have a submit button to submit answers on a quiz where you get feedback about your answer and then a next button to advance to the next question. If the user clicks on next without clicking on submit, it seems that captivate or the quiz freezes and the user is stuck in there. How can we add a message that says "click submit first" when they click on the next button by mistake. Thanks.

I put markers in 5 clips, with detailed comments yesterday. When I opened the project this morning, the markers in the first 4 clips had disappeared as if they never existed.
Has anyone had the same experience or anyone any thoughts?

my problem is that the last part (+ '%') is not working, I suppose that the numerical function has not been stoped, thats why I can not see %
any suggestions?

Wieso ist nach dem Rendern mit dem Media Encoder CC mein Abspann um die Hälfte nach hinten verschoben.
Passiert bei jeder Einstellung in Premiere ist noch alles OK und auch wenn ich mit Premiere selbst exportiere passiert das auch nicht, nur beim Media Encoder

We have a client who is having issues viewing longer (25-40 minute) h.264/.mp4 files on both their Macs and PCs. The video plays properly for about 4 minutes then stops playing completely or the audio stops. My understanding is they are using QT Player and Sony Catalyst Browse. They get the same issue when attempting to upload to Brightcove. All files play correctly on our systems and upload properly to our YouTube channel.
Videos are encoded from the timeline in h.264, 1080, 12 Mbps, VBR 2-pass, AAC Audio @ 320 kbps
Any thoughts are appreciated.

I am having issues with my fonts in one document only. It says my Arial font is missing despite the fact that it is a system font and is not turned on or off etc.
I use the 'find font' window to replace the font but no matter what font it is replaced with it will not recognize it. It just adds the [square brackets] around any of my fonts (that I know are installed correctly on computer) and says they aren't found.
I checked to see if it was a font issue but it seems to be a document issue.
I can copy the text box with "missing font" in it and past it into a another document with the same font and there is no issue in that document at all, works fine!

Seit einiger Zeit funktioniert mein InDesign (sowohl Version CC2017 als auch Version CC2018) direkt nach dem öffnen nicht mehr. Es hängt sich jedes Mal auf. Alle anderen Apps aus der Creative Cloud wie z.B. Photoshop etc. funktionieren einwandfrei. An was kann es liegen, das InDesign nach dem Start nicht mehr reagiert?

Need your wisdom here.
My friend recently asked me to help her out editing a manicure map for her, she had drawn it all up and just wanted me to add some finishing touches to it, she scanned this to me, I am fairly used to opening PDF files in Photoshop, but was a bit confused when it opened the file but a lot of the areas of text and imagery, seemed to be blocked out, as if someone had painted a big square of white over the top left and majority of the bottom of the page, since I have tried to open numerous PDF files and still come up against the issue.
Any thoughts? Is it the PDF, Photoshop, or possible the security measure of the PC I am using.

I had a subscription for Photoshop CC since 2012. I recently cancelled my subscription and I am not able to use my CS6 for which I have disc with a serial number (perpetual license). I deleted all other CC applications, re-installed Photoshop CS6 and still wont let me run the program. It seems some sort of register was modified for this and I need to make other changes top be able to install Photoshop CS6 successfully.
Any advise please?

I'm having a weird problem where an iphone (or something purporting to be an iphone) keeps picking up a device licence from our portal. I'm getting sick of deactivating it! Is there a way to block this device permanently?
Seriously, the admin portal needs work. With our company's rather archaic purchasing system, the first we (in IT) know that an installation has happened is when the computer name shows up in the portal. It's nigh on impossible to find out any information from just a device name - particularly if it is unknown to us!
